Over the past decade, Poole Business Improvement
District (BID) have been at the heart of making Poole a great place to live and work – delivering opportunities from crime reduction, grounds maintenance, public realm, street art and digital campaigns.

From the planting of 1000s of vibrant plants throughout the town to the hosting of spectacular events such as the internationally renowned Tall Ships and captivating acrobatic performing arts, your not-for-profit team has been working hard to boost footfall, improve the trading environment and build awareness to ensure Poole town is a place we are proud to call home for residents, workers and the 2.28 million+ annual visitors that drive spending into our local economy.

COMPLETE THE SURVEY

We’re asking every levy payer to tell us what you’d like the BID to focus on in our new term from 2026–2031.

Your answers to the following survey questions will inform our business plan and priorities. Whether you want more events, marketing, safety initiatives or something brand new — now’s the time to shape the future.

Together we grow

In addition to core activities, Poole BID has brought more investment into our town – successfully securing circa £350,000 in additional funding—equivalent to nearly one and a half times the annual BID levy—maximising impact and delivering even greater value for levy payers.

Our Town Team are proud to be one of only 19 BIDs nationally to have achieved official British BIDs Accreditation, recognising our accountability, transparency, and effective delivery to help ensure
that Poole remains competitive and relevant.
